onboard audio asus p4p800 se not working

onboard audio on asus p4p800-se not working...windows vista downloaded drivers for onboard digital audio out but the analog audio out doesn't work... i been looking everywhere to try and switch main audio output device and can't find anything. someone please help me. the soundmax drivers that came tith the motherboard don't work in vista

Have you checked the manufacturers website or contacted them regarding drivers for your device, or whether they'll support Vista in the near future? You can report this to Microsoft via here: http://www.vistabase.co.uk/welcome.php?bugreport
